Schedule of Rates
Receiving and Fees:
1. Our receiving charge is $20.00 per item
2. All freight charges must be paid with a credit card on retainer at Plush unless other arrangements and approval has been made and approved by Plush. If the freight has not been prepaid, client will pay a surcharge of 15% above any and all charges. Client agrees that any surcharge and freight will be invoiced and paid within 10 days of receipt.
3. Storage at Plush will be billed at $30.00/item per month or $1.00/item per day. Storage charges begin the day freight is received and end the day the items are picked up or delivered by Plush.
4. There is a $45 warehouse access fee for any items picked up at Plush’s warehouse by clients or other delivery companies up to 5 pieces. Each additional item will be at a rate of $15.00. Arrangements for pick up must be made at least 48 hours in advance and release must be given by the designer/client. All invoices are to be paid in full prior to any furniture being prepped for pick up.
5. All invoicing is done via email with clientele at all times unless otherwise specified by designer.
6. Additional charges may apply for debris removal, supplies, and administrative or warehouse processing.
7. Plush will help facilitate freight claims if possible. Most claims will require the purchaser to initiate the claim.
Custom bids can be given for large, multi-unit projects on request.
Art & Mirror Installation
1. All Installation fees are charged at $150 per hour for 2 Pro – Installers and fees begin upon our crew leaving the warehouse and end upon their return to the warehouse. Each additional installer is a rate of $50 per hour.
2. Charges apply for hardware or any materials needed for installation and will be added to the invoice.
3. All storage and receiving invoices must be paid to schedule a delivery and installation of an item.
3. Values of artwork and instruction must be provided in writing prior to the scheduling of any installation.
Delivery and Pickup Charges:
1. All charges are COD unless prior arrangements or advance payments have been made.
2. Transport and delivery is charged at $150 per hour for 2 Pro – Installers and fees begin upon our crew leaving the warehouse and end upon their return to the warehouse. Each additional installer is a rate of $50 per hour.
3. Pickups, Deliveries and Installations is charged at $150 per hour for 2 Pro – Installers and fees begin upon our crew leaving the warehouse and end upon their return to the warehouse. Each additional installer is a rate of $50 per hour.
4. Out of state delivery and installation, commercial projects, and models installations are custom services and can be discussed for proper evaluation and rates.
5. Weekend scheduling is available upon request. Overtime rates may apply.
** A Late fee of 1.5 % with a minimum of $10.00 will apply to any invoices that are not paid and will continue to accrue said late fee each 15 day period.**
